How to Stop Appering Text onmouseover for more than 8'

Dear All,

I am using the following tag:

<a href="" title="Test">example</a>

in order to display some text onmouseover, however the text is correctly shown but just for 8 seconds, I was wondering whether anyone knows how to define such parameter.

Can I stop the text appearing onmouseover for more than 8 seconds? For example can the text appearing onmouseover be shown for let’s say 60 seconds or more?

I would really appreciate your help.
