I am very deficient on knowledge of gaming. I would really like a 3-D game which is small download size. I am sort of looking for graphics similiar to Power Soccer. (powerchallenge.com) I think it uses java.

I would like to encorperate a ranking system as well. I Dont really have an idea of how many coders, depends on detail of the game I assume. Pay will also be based on quality of work.

That uses Java indeed together with flash.

Apparently, that goes beyond my wits.

You might have better luck if you'll go to freelance sites: rentacoder.com, getafreelancer.com and something along those lines.
