Open a webpage in a new window using java script

Hi Guys,

I have a menu on one of the webpage, when i click on one of the link it is displaying in the same webpage. i want to open in a new window. can you guys help me with this?. the menu is in the java script. please see below

You need to know if "stm_aix" function is able to attach any event, and on which argument?

Could you please provide a link to your page for us to be able to see how feasible it is to assign new event on-fly from your current script.
