Photo Cut Out Effect

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of a tutorial which will explain how to achieve a cutout style effect. An example of this can be found here (the Henry VIII character):

I have tried googling such tutorials with no avail.

well what you need first are images to cut out then once you have that you just need to cut and paste them together... I don't think you could find a tutorial because there isn't really much need for a tutorial.

If you have a question about a specific effect they used that you want to recreate or something then you would have better luck finding a tutorial. But all this really requires is a bunch of images, the lasso tool, and some artistic imagination.
