I have no idea how I did this

trying to recreate this, so simple but cannot remember how, using cs4 now, may have been using cs3 at the time

the image here is alittle bit more smooth, as it's a painting i did from the photoshop image, but you get the idea. I was able to change teh colors on origanal document

ok other one is of originalphotoshoped image, not painting (note the one with no signature)

Set your foreground and background colours to the two chosen colours for your picture. Then choose Filter > Sketch > Stamp :)

didn't work, not detailed enough and yeah not close to waht I have at all, cut out so far has been the closest

Did you drag the sliders around at all? You can use them to add detail...
