Choosing a Random Page Link from an Array

I would like to use HTML code for choosing a random picture link from an array and then using it for displaying the html page containing that picture.

How can be that be done?

You'll have to use PHP and a MySQL database to do this. HTML is only used as a means to display content, not run programs.
