Simple help request

Hello, I'd just like help with something quite simple.

I'd like to put these two images together into one picture:

And it would be REALLY awesome if you could put some white space between the two pictures, and add this logo in between:

You can shrink it if it's too big.

Photoshop is messing with me so i did this in paint, you really should learn how to do easy stuff like this so that you wont have to wait for a reply from us :)
