Logo Design Pls

Hello, im new here, i am after some photoshop expertise.

I would like a logio designing for a business, the company will be called Insight Training and want this incorporated into the logo, my thoughts were to have an eye in the logo (in sight)

Some pics i have got off the internet are included below, if you have any better suggestions/better pics feel free to try. text should not be too predictable, however business like/professional/modern.

Any help/logo's would be very much appreciated.

Could you please give me a few more details.

If you could let me know when you need this for, what is the final output size of the image and the finished file type.

This business is not yet set up, its simply an idea that im getting together.i will provide training on basic computer skils ie Word and XP.
