photoshop request

first hello to everyone.
newbie here with a little request,

i have 2 images that i need help with.
1.turn them into black n white.
2.remove the background n replace it with white.
3.on one picture (2 images) the baby is holding a toy can u remove that.

if u can help that would be awesome
