Hi all. Can someone do me a favour and turn this pic into a 100x100 avatar?



Also would be cool if you could get rid of the lettering and crap like that so you only see colors in the background. Just use the any of the background colors over the lettering. Oh and only include the face/head (cap/hair and all) in the pic, preferably as much of the head as possible.

Hmmm the face looks kinda unproportioned rofl.

Maybe you had to stretch it to keep the whole head inside the frame? If that's the case can you re-do it without stretching? Would really appreciate it. You can cut off any part of the edges of the head if necessary, but try to keep as much as possible. I just don't want it to stretch.
