hi im a total novice when it comes to all this stuff so please be gentle thanks

ok so i have a moonfruit website and i need to help it get ranked higher in the search engines

right.............i have been told to put keywords in H1 and H2 but i have no idea where tp find them
i have clicked on view and then source to try and see if i can work it out from this code but cant see anything.................

does anyone know what im waffling on about lol

i hope someone can help me as i really am stuck

use "strong"meta_tag +keyword in domain name and title + uniqiu content

5% keywords in total content in every your site page.

i'm also new to this ranking game and just started my own site of articles i wrote and i'm looking for ways to boost my traffic to the site and get it up in ranking. i know theres this free articles submitting sites, is that a good way to go? publish my work there?
