Write text within a circle

Hello all! This is my first message here + I'm a PS newb so, please, be kind.

My problem is this: I want to write text clockwise in the interior of a circle. In PS CS3, after making a circle path and using the text tool on it, the default is writing on the exterior of the circle.

To make things more clear, here is a crude, neanderthal in nature, drawing I made in paint:



Hope I posted in the right place.

Aw, while we're at it, how do I use a path as refference for a future shape ? Namely, if I made a circle path and I wanted to, say, draw a true circle concentric to that.

Working out the whole text in a circle thing was always a pain to me.
The following tutorial site explained it simply.
