How to select these black dots

Hi friends, I need your help. How can I select the black dots in my attached canvas?

I know the long cut of selecting them by using Magic Wand Tool but its taking life time itself. If you know any short cut then please reply this thread. Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi

With the magic wand (make sure that Contiguous is unchecked) and select the colour that you want, this should select all of that colour.

Alternativley select the white area with the wand, then invert selection.
