New here requesting help

Hello everybody,

I am new to the forum and a fairly inexperienced photoshop user. I was hoping to get some help in creating some selection masks so I can change the colors on a boat photograph. I am going to be purchasing a boat soon, however I would like to get an idea of the color schemes before placing an order.

I would like to be able to do the following:

1.) Create selection masks for the "swoosh's" so I can change their color
2.) Create a selection mask for the bottom half of the boat (beneath the stainless rub rail)
3.) Creat another selection for the top half of the boat.

The bottom half I would like to try black. The Black swoosh's would be changed to Blue, and the Blue swoosh's changed to a grey.

Can anybody help me out?

Awesome! Thank you so much for your time...this is exactly what I was after. Was this done in photoshop using layers? If so, could I get the psd file so I can play around withe different combos?

Sorry I didn't save it as psd, although if you PM me your email I can do it again easy enough, Sorry, I see you wanted to be able to edit it DEV does not allow .psd uploads that I know of
