How to make the PR go up quickly?

Hi,
I am a workman of online store getbetterlife.com
My job is to update the PR of the web.
The PR of our web go up from 0 to 3 in 4 month. But now there another 4 month has go, the PR is still 3.
I know that Article submission, Reciprocal Links can make the PR increase. But it is hard. there is few few website would like to do exchange link with us.
Is there any other ways to increase the PR?

i've got websites that get 10-30 thousand visitors a day, yet the PR of the index page of the site fluctuates from 0-1 pr lol.

and even with the low pr, there is still a decent amount of traffic coming from search engines (15%)

The best way to get traffic is to have lots of content(high quality, low quality content will just get you banned from google.), and constantly updating it.
For example, run a blog with decent articles, and in half a year it'll be getting 1-10k people visiting it a day if you make 1-2 posts per day.
