How do i make a .gif moving image

Hello folks it me again! asking a nooby question.
how do you make those moving images with an extension file .gif? i mean i know you have to save it .gif and use the animation tool in PS. but my pics just wouldn't come to life.
It would really be helpful if anyone of you could teach me how to do it in PS.

or reffer me a site that teaches it.

In Photoshop there is a button that says work space find it and change it to video and film that will open a animation time line, mess about wih that and your layers you will figure it out from there

You need to use Save for web... instead of the usual save function in order to keep the animation.

You can make those moving into a gif formats using VidGIF 2.3 (http://www.geovid.com/VidGIF/ ) .It's very simple programm.Try this.
