To put it simply, I'm trying to blur a section of a picture and, every once in a while, when using a lighter colour over a darker colour, it would appear as though the colour goes underneath the darker colour as if it were on a lower layer. The colours here were done on all the exact same layers!
The colour seen with the red outline I drew first. The one with the green outline I drew after, yet it appears as though I've drawn beneath the first colour.
