correcting image

my camera is obviously broken and it does these stupid lines on every picture. is there any ways to remove them?

see the white lines all over picture? could someone tell me how to remove them?

I just fixed that image fairly well go to my website email me. $3 each repair after this if your satisfied

it's good, i like it. but i don't have any money. i was really hoping someone would tell me how to fix it, so i could fix the others by myself. if not, thanks anyways.
