and i would like to know how to do this look at the picture

this a picture for Franky colored by someone it looks good


but when i zoom the picture there is many color i want to know how to do it

do you want to change the color of Frankie or color a black oulined frankie?

As for zooming in, don't worry about the "many colors" that is just how shades/shadows are rendered and look up close as individual pixels"

I don't really understand your questions though unfortunately. clarify what exactly YOU want to do with this image.
