Hi there to be honest ive seen it done much better than that all hes done is turned a old woman in to a computer generated younger faximely of her self it looks fake
i have seen it done to still look real they are basic techniques that he as used slow the video down or pause it alot and you can see exactly what tools he was using
you will be suprized how easy it is

I agree with Raven. I think it could have been done a little smoother. Your best friends on this would be: layers, the blur filters, the liquify filter, and all the transform tools.
