How would I add the baby feet to a baby bump?

Is there anyway to extrude a baby feet brush out like in this example? How would I do it? Thank you for the help

i can see a few ways of doing it but there all to much to start typing is here the quickest way that you can do is take that foot of that pic and add it to another pregnant ladys belly thats cheating but easy to type on here lol

try this you can place it anywhere an fool around with adjustments, but to low quality for bush making to me anyway.

Right on, been messing around with beveling a stamp that I found. Do you know how to bevel a stamp using the skin without coloring? Something like darken but no change so it will look like the flesh is being beveled? And I just found an even better one... lol
