Sorry but I don't have an animation program that would allow me to work with changing the colors, etc. of animation frames (gif89a). I managed to change your transparent areas to white using 'Graphic Converter' but that's about all I can do with that program. It's not really meant to edit the colors in all the frame etc.
Your best bet is to fine someone who has an animation editing program. With something like that, I'm sure the black outline could easily be changed. You really need to come up with what color you want though
