Easy request

Hi Ive been trying this for 5+ hours I cant get it to work!!! (im a noob)

the whole penguin doesnt have to be there, just the head/hat/middle part of his body

Hi thanks so much! If you could, it would REALLY be helpful if you could make the penguin larger and add a bit more of his body to the banner. The end product is the header of my site: http://theclubpenguincheats.com/
I want the penguin as visible as possible in that area so it doesnt look too boring.

Hi if anyone could help it would be grand. I really did try to do this for hours today but I cant (the stupid magnetic lasso and layers things is confusing)

And, if you have time, could you add a few more penguins into it (I dont care which as long as the text doesnt block the picture on my site) Here are some pics you can use:
