Need javascript help on required fields for form

Hi, I'm getting a lot of spammers who can attempt to set up accounts by entering in "n/a" on required text fields such as business name, phone, address etc. Is there anyway to prevent this, or at least make them not want to continue filling out the form? Thanks!
