i am in the Marine Corps and trying to design a image for shirts we are having made. I do not have photoshop any more and was wondering if someone could do my a huge favor and make me this graphic. It isnt too complex at all. I kinda did a rough sketch on paper so you can see what I want. the picture of the drawing is kind of blurry...sorry. I want a scroll that has a skull and crossed ka bar's under it with a belt of ammunition all the way around it. In the drawing i have the ammo just half way around but i would like it to go all the way around and at the top of the scroll where it curls i want it to say ISLC in a decently fancy font. I want the image to be faded a lil so its like a water mark because i want a paragraph to be on the scroll over the image. I will include a pic of the skull n crossed ka bars, the drawing and the paragraph (creed) if you can help me out it will be very greatly appreciated and ill be sure to send u a picture of the finished product of the shirt. the creed is as follows

similar how the other pic i included is kinda watermarked...you can see the image but its kinda faded off in the backround and you can still see the typing ov ther image. I just would rather my image not be black and white but have it be color and just faded off into the backround
if you can help me, its greatly appreciated
