New posts & unaccessable threads

Postby Mesko on Thu Jun 23, 2005 10:11 am

1. New posts

Now, when I logged in, I saw lot's of open folders, which indicate new posts. I went into the forum, and read the threads that had gotten an answer. "But hey! I've read this answer before! Wait a minute... it is no new answer!! :O" Please fix this bug... :/

I got sad...

2. Unaccessable threads

Sometimes when I try to read a thread, it just thinks, and thinks, ank thinks forever. I have to restart the browser - sometimes multiple times - to be able to visit the thread. That is _very_ irritating, and I hope it will be fixed.

Or maybe it's just the browser on this crappy PC (my sisters).

It could be some browser trouble. I've found that most of the times when you have similar trouble, you need to remove cookies and offline files from your browser.

Hope it works from now on...

Actually I've noticed this too. I think it was since I changed some rows in the code yesterday. Has anyone else notice that some threads ar unaccessable?

I would normally use FireFox, but since that PC is in for service, and I'm using my sisters PC atm, I have to use IE. I hope the problems will end when I go back to FF! My PC will be back tomorrow! :D

Dude... Never... ever call me Rate again. Just stick to Fred :P

I'm using FireFox as well, works perfectly for me. I haven't had any trouble with unaccessable threads at all. So my best guess is that IE is just a crappy software package...
Excuse me? I'm sorry, I just heard that that was no guess, but just a plain FACT!
