I need help with auto-filling a swf link.

Ok, so, there are two text boxes; one is for a name and the other is for an ID. I want it to work like when someone enters the name in textbox1 (lets say the name is 'Lobby') and enters the ID in textbox2 (lets say the ID is '1') it would auto-fill this swf link http://www.xatech.com/web_gear/chat/cha ... 1&gn=Lobby. I want to be able to put any name and any ID and then click a "submit" button and have it auto-fill that swf link and automatically go to it. Can anyone help me?
