Microsoft recently released Media Player 10, a new version of their popular player for music and video. The new version has some new features and the site Adrian's Rojakpot has done a review of the player and compared it with other players available on the market.

Read the review at: Adrian's Rojakpot.

.avi files work fine on winamp. I doubt any other program can run .avi better than winamp.

Errmm... I never use Media Player. I just use Winamp for movies AND music. When Winamp doesn't do the job, I use BSplayer and when that doesn't fit the job.... I might just try to use Media Player...

You are right. VLC is best when it comes to watching movies. You can even play .img files in it without having to mount an image.

The only thing I want in VCL is subtitle support. I haven't found that yet.

It does not have that in its current version. I have heard that they will include that to their next version.

For some reason VLC is not working on my PC. When ever i try to run it, it gives a "send error or do not send error".
