Do you mean your site has been banned in the search engines? Or just for you and it's your ISP's actions?

Hi and welcome to DEVPPL Hizson.

We are still not clear if he meant that his ISP banned a site so he couldn't view it, or if the search engines banned it.

But if google banned it, the PR-Bar in GoogleToolBar will be grey.

Google ToolBar is not available for both Internet Explorer and FireFox

Thanks for clearing that up for me. My sites are too new to show up with any kind of pr but at least the bar isn't grey.
