Show a hidden text box

What would be the coding, we want a hidden text box on click with a value from database? (I know how to get something frm database, jst tell me how to apply it on specific text box.........which should be visible on click.)

Get http://jQuery.com, and use it's ajax routines to call up json or even html for your text box.
