By looking at that page I can tell that you have certain
Skills and know your way around Photoshop and flash,
However when making a portfolio style page you have
To remember who your audience is. You are trying to
Appeal to different people who possibly know nothing about web design at all. Basically what im trying to say is try to make your page look a little bit more professional.
My best advice to you is to make a complete flash page because it looks like you have some experience in that area.

Sure,

Well for a couple or reasons:

1) The picture of the guy with the afro
2) The shadow effect and the reflection effect DO NOT go toghether at all!
3) The content organization
4) The front page does not say " I'am a webdesigner "

Im sorry if I am being a little harsh, but if you change a few things around you can have something really good going there

Here try this :

Take out the picture of the guy and the version two sign

Center the whole design

Use a better font, you can find some cool fonts here - http://www.wantedfonts.com

Try not to overuse simple effects such as shadow, ( which you have used on your Phate Designs and Version 2 Texts

Add more to your menu and your content

Take out the little heart things
