I don't like the layout at all. I think you should get some forums to go with the chatting section, would be nice imo.

The only free domains i know are http://www.cjb.net or http://www.joynic.com/ do you know any more... I was going to .com it before the server got hacked :x

And I don't know CSS that well so i can't colour the forum or php to make my own..

CSS is very easy. Just create a CSS file and like it to whatever HTML file you like. Goof around with it for a few days, you'll get the hang of it very easily :)
