ok first you choose the picture you want animated I will choose this one:
Open it into photoshop first of all.
Then create a new lay and get the Rectangular marquee tool and make a small box at the bottom then use the paint bucket tool and fill that box with the chosen colour I will be using colour #1FC785 like so:
Change the Layour option to colour.
Now go to Layer, Layer style, Stroke and have 1px also use the colour Red for it.
Switch to image ready.
Now on the Animation slide create a new slide and select the move tool
Click on the bar at the botton of your pic on mine i mean the Green bar.
then create a new slide and press UP on your keyboard 5 times then create a new slide. keep doing this until you get to the top of your picture.
This time create a new slide and press DOWN 5 times until you reach the bottom.
It should do what this one does
