I'm free Now...so i'l try doin it for you. i can manage with the html part but for registration you will need a database to store the names of members and their scores...so tht'll take some time but surely i'll try my best to finish everything within a week...if i dont i'll post the plain html thing....

your first page is done and also the link to forums..the join is not a prob..but i want some info for further development....where does the user login himself..and on what basis is the points given to a person...and who will give these points....

If he wants people to be able to login to his site and become members he'll have to have php and MySQL so good luck to him.
