bios problems

Postby opuas9 on Fri Sep 23, 2005 10:17 am

for some causes i've removed the old battery of my motherboard and attached a new battery. From then nothing is seen in the monitor. Several times i've tried to enter in the bios but failed to open it. Can anyone tell me what is the problem.

That sounds really strange, one thing you can try to do is to reset the bios by changing some jumper on the motherboard. I can't tell which one because it varies on different brands. But check the manual if there is some BIOS Reset or maybe CMOS Reset.
