Yeah there are some 1-inch harddisc drives, but I don't think they're out on the market yet, and the price will probably be pretty high.

like what hdd does nokia's N90 use it has to be pretty small though...and ya i dont think 20GB of space is a really great when the batteries dont last that long.... i would prefer 1 gb and lots of back up time..

that is too small i think it would break if you droped it...

I read today that they found out a new way to increase the battery time on laptop with 30%. I guess the same techinue could be used for cellphones and mp3-players.
