I was searching through my PC in the control panel and found this

The way it looks is that it's your graphics card. Maybe if you have on-board graphics it's your graphics processor chip.

You must have a graphiccard to see anything on the screen. The graphiccard is where you put the monitor cable in. And as ReFredzRate sais, you meight have an integrated on your motherboard.

So it's the drivers for my on board graphics maybe?

Not entirely true.

Drivers are not shown in the Device Manager. Device Manager only shows hardware that is attached to your computer.
