Print Screen of my HTML problem

My problem is two fold;
a) when the E-Mail comes in it comes in .att form which can not be opened unless I assign a program. I assigned MS Word & I get this: toon=DonaldDuck&toon=ScoobyDoo
.
b) I would like it so that it looks like this on seperate lines:
toon=DonaldDuck
toon=ScoobyDoo
Reason is that I have a list of 153 check off items & if they are all in a row it's impossible to understand what the heck I have.

Seems like I have stumped quite a few of you out there!

Figured out my own problem.
For those of you who also have this problem Google ".att reader" they're FREE.
That will solve this delima.
