I'm new to this forum and hope I'm posting this in the appropriate place.
I recently revised a VB 5.0 (Learning Edition) program that I wrote several years ago. It runs fine as a bas but, when I try to start the Application Setup Wizard to create an exe for distribution, I get an error message box that says "VB 5.0 Setup Wizard. Invalid property value. An unexpected error has occurred." The Wizard never opens. I have no trouble creating an exe from within VB but I need a distribution package.
It has been a while since I last ran the wizard on this computer but never ran into this problem before. I don't think I've made any significant changes to the computer since I last ran the Wizard. My operating system is XP Pro.
I removed and re-installed VB 5.0 but still have the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
