Problem with charset

Hi..i have problem with my site..everytime i visit it, charset will change automatically to UTF-8 instead of ISO-8859-1...i have this problem since i change my hosting...this is thÃ© HEAD code:

it was working fine until i changed my hosting...

Sounds like maybe your hosting has got the server set to override your charset but I have never herd of this before.
