Hi all, I have a cheap pen tablet (Aquilla) which works for the most part, but when I use it in Photoshop, it tends to zoom and unzoom the image uncontrollably. Does anyone know how I might disable the zoom in Photoshop or otherwise fix this problem?

Try to take a look in your tablet software. The borders might be used to scroll, making it zoom in or out.
