Problem with Photosop !

When ever I start photoshop this error comes up:

This application has failed to start because MSVCRT10.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

I dont wanna reinstall the photoshop. I have my workspace and shit saved on the PC. Is there any simple way to fix it?

well.. im not so sure waht that file is... but this is mine:

http://zbrooks.com/msvcrt10.dll

Just load that into the photoshop7 dir.
