I need to change the DPI on all the images in one of my catalogs in PSE-4 from 230 to 300 to get them in the right format for Blurb publishers.
When I open one of the images in Editor I notice under "File" the heading "Process multiple files" which has an entry to change DPI's. I have never been able to find the Photoshop Catalog files under "search" so I assume the images in Photoshop are thumbnails to files stored elsewhere. The images in the Catalog are also found in Windows Photo Galllery. Now, I see where any editing I do in Photoshop is reflected in the images in WPG but it doesn't seem to work the other way for I selected the WPG images to change the DPI's with the "Process multiple files" and the DPI's changed but those in the PSE-4 Catalog file did not. I guess to boil all this down, I need to know how to change the DPI's in a Catalog without doing it individually.
I am rather long in the tooth so hope my query is comprehendible.
