Raw Files

Hi - can anyone help me please......??!!

I am trying to download raw files from my Nikon D50 into CS2.

I have tried doing it direct to CS2, via Nikon Capture (but 4.2), adobe bridge and some more adobe software but it has all failed. I am aware Nikon Capture version 4.3 may be able to do something but not sure? I am also aware Nikon Capture DX?? software is supposed to be good but as good as CS2?? I am trying options without extra costs at the minute.

Ok, so I'm a bit confused. Are you having problems downloading the files to the computer, or uploading those files into Photoshop?

Photoshop should have no problem uploading images from a D50. However, if you've had Photoshop for a very long time, you may need to update your ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) plug-in.

The last version of Adobe Camera Raw that is compatable with CS2 is version 3.7.
