Re-sizing images?

Postby Uzisuicide on Mon Apr 23, 2007 3:18 pm

Hi, I have just started using CS3 and have created a cool wallpaper for my monitor resolution of 1440 x 900.

The wallpaper has a rock star with his foot resting on top of the taskbar looking like he is climbing on top of it which looks cool.

I want to upload the image via imageshack so people in a forum I belong to can use it.

My question is how do I change the wallpaper to display on another monitor resolution, say 1024 x 768, but still look the same as in the guys foot still on the taskbar. When I try to display it on another resolution the image has moved.

I have tried messing around with image size, but can't seem to get my head around it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that if you save the wallpaper in 1024 x 768 resolution it might work.I'm just guessing here but it might work
