Hi. I am kinda new to VB. So please bear with me if i dun understand much.
I would like to know what are the basic steps (first few things to be done) so that my VB program able to R/W to my COM port? Can anyone kindly give me a guideline?
Current my devce is a RFID reader. (Which is controlled by cmds strings based on the API)
