Recreating this text effect

Postby Muckiem14 on Tue Jul 17, 2007 11:46 pm

Can anyone tell me how to do this text effect in PS? It is the word MAGELLAN on the following page.

http://www.magellan-energy.com/mg/home.asp

I have tried to do this with an inside stroke on a Times New Roman font but its not really working out. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Mike

Try using "Imprint MT Shadow" font and apply some drop shadows. Try it and you will be satistied. :)

I got a good match with a font called "Adobe Caslon Pro" 30 PT and bold. spacing isnt quite as good but it matches the text type
