Thats sorted now. but i'm having trouble with my keyboard. I press shirt and 2 and get @ the keys are all mixed up any ideas on how to sort this?

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages (tabe) > Details... > Installed Services > Add...

Input Language : English United Kingdom
Keyboard Layout/IME : United Kingdom Extended

OK

And remove the one you had before. Probably English (United States)

Reboot and you're done
