Required Color pallet code so that user can select the text color from that pallet which wiil be displayed in textarea..... plz help

If you use jquery, you can use that plugin :

Otherwise you can also code it yourself, just make a grid with different colors, set the id of each color cell to the color code and get the id of the clicked color.
