Hi,

I am on a tight deadline for a client and so am looking for
anybody who can help me asap.
I need to create 70 bar graphs as .eps,
and have everything perfect, except that each bar requires the data label
next to it. (Eg the X axis has percentages along it 0% 5% 15% 25% and I
need the exact % written next to each bar.)

I can't find any
option in illustrator or online that says I can perform this action - does
anybody know?

I have included an image from MS Excel to prove
exactly what I mean..

Thanks in advance!!
Statistics : Posted by shonamelissa • on Thu Nov 05, 2009 2:27 am • Replies 0 • Views 45

This was KILLING me as I am on a PC, and could see Helvetica in my font
list in Word, but it wasn't showing up in any CS program. Additionally, it
could not be found in the font folder in my system. Then I looked closer
and realized that even in Word, when I use "Helvetica" it's not actually
Helvetica showing up when I type. It looks like Arial, I would guess it
just defaults to that under the assumption that normal people 1) wouldn't
notice and 2) wouldn't care.
Statistics : Posted by iheartfonts • on Thu Jul 31, 2008 3:12 pm • Replies 3 • Views 611

How to make a color separate Pantone logo?? HELP!

I currently have a VERY simply vector logo in illustrator CS3. The file
contains 2 layers: 1 layer consists of 3 shapes that are one Pantone color
(296) and the 2nd layer consists of 2 shapes that are another Pantone color
(293). As of right now, my document is in CMYK mode, my swatches panel is
empty except for the two Pantone color swatches which i chose from color
libraries.

I need to send this logo (PDF, EPS,
TIFF) to a printer for an envelope job, however, when i save it as it is as
a PDF, they tell me they cannot print it in Pantone because when they go to
print plates, 4 plates come out (CMYK) and not only 2 plates.

So, how do i save this or what do i do to make this file a TWO
plate PDF file for Pantone printing? please help me ASAP as i have been on
this problem since last week! ahhh!
Statistics : Posted by truestory • on Mon Oct 12, 2009 2:31 pm • Replies 0 • Views 39

Hello guys,

I usually work with Indesign for flyer design etc...
with Pagecontrol plugin. This plugin allow me to do spread design, when
saving the PDF of 2 pages, the image is spread correct. It start and ends ,
on both pagess correct, no matter how big the Bleeds are.

Now I
see that illustrator CS4 has Bleeds, Does any1 know how to do the correct
image spread in Illustrator CS4 for exporting PDF's when you have turned
bleeds on, and you have 2 artboards? , Because currently when I save arts,
it doesnt start before the bleed on the second PDF file. It misses the part
of the design where it goes on Bleed, sure it does make sense, but isnt a
way do to Bleeds and still start where your art ended at the first PDF
artboard ? It's realy hard to explain., and my english isnt that good <img
